Information we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, you provide your name, email address, business name, plan interest, and project details. You may also provide an existing website address. A hidden honeypot field is used to identify likely automated spam.

The website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, or other visitor-tracking tools. Vercel hosts and delivers the website and may process ordinary technical request information necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request timing.

How we use information

Elvaro uses information submitted through the form to:

• respond to your project inquiry;
• understand the website scope you are requesting;
• communicate with you about that inquiry; and
• operate, secure, and maintain the website and form.

Email delivery and service providers

Elvaro uses Resend to deliver project inquiries by email. The information you submit is sent through Resend to Elvaro, and Resend is also used to send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide.

Vercel provides website hosting, deployment, and infrastructure. Google Workspace is used for Elvaro business email and may process inquiry information contained in emails received by Elvaro.

Data retention

Elvaro does not store contact-form submissions in a separate contact database. Inquiry information may remain in the email systems used to receive and send the messages. It is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain relevant business records. Elvaro has not established a fixed retention period for inquiry emails.

Data sharing

Elvaro shares submitted information only as needed to operate the website and deliver the inquiry and acknowledgement emails, including processing by Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, and Google Workspace for Elvaro business email and inquiry receipt. Elvaro does not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising through this website.

Security

Elvaro uses reasonable measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No method of transmission or storage on the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and contact

To ask about information you previously submitted through the website, use the existing project inquiry form and clearly identify your message as a privacy request. Elvaro may need enough information to locate the relevant inquiry and respond.

Changes to this policy

Elvaro may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. When an update is made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
