01What kinds of website updates are included?
Website Foundation includes two rounds of content updates per month. One separately submitted request counts as one round, whether it contains one change or several changes to the existing website.
02Do unused update rounds roll over?
No. Unused update rounds do not roll over into later months. Requests beyond the two included rounds may be discussed and quoted separately.
03Are updates or development unlimited?
No. Grouping changes into one request does not make new features, major redesigns, custom applications, or work outside the originally agreed website scope part of a content-update round.
04How quickly will Elvaro respond to support requests?
Elvaro will acknowledge or initially respond within two business days. This does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved within two business days.
