Yes. I'll review useful content, required functionality, and migration considerations with you before agreeing on the new website scope. Timing depends on scope, content readiness, and feedback; an expected schedule is established once those needs are clear.

Professional responsive design and development with a structure tailored to your business, managed hosting and SSL, contact and basic lead capture, routine technical maintenance, foundational technical SEO, initial Search Console setup where applicable, Elvaro-caused defect corrections, 2 monthly content-update rounds, and an initial support response within 2 business days. The initial website scope is established in your client agreement.

I'll learn about your goals, services, and content, then establish the initial structure and scope in your client agreement. Design and development follow that direction, with your review and approval before launch. Major features, large content migrations, custom applications, and extensive content production require separate scope and pricing.

Website Foundation is $149 per month and has a $149 one-time website setup fee. Optional services have recurring monthly charges but no additional Elvaro setup fees.

The website setup fee is due upon signing. The first recurring website payment is due 30 calendar days after the official website launch.

The initial website commitment consists of 6 monthly billing periods beginning with the first recurring billing date. After that, the subscription continues month-to-month under the service agreement.

Website Foundation includes 2 rounds of content updates each month. A round is one separately submitted request for changes to the existing website, whether that request contains one adjustment or several. Unused rounds do not roll over, and additional requests can be discussed and quoted separately.

Elvaro will acknowledge or initially respond to a support request within 2 business days. This is an initial-response commitment, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within that period.

One separately submitted request for changes to existing website content counts as one round, whether it contains one adjustment or several. New features, major redesigns, custom applications, and work outside the agreed scope are excluded. Corrections to defects caused by Elvaro are included and do not use a round.

Website Foundation covers foundational technical SEO, metadata, sitemap and indexing configuration, and initial Google Search Console setup where applicable. Optional Local SEO & Growth adds useful pages around real services and service areas, ongoing page improvements, Google Business Profile support, monitoring, and reporting. Rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Local SEO & Growth, Appointment Scheduling, Editable Blog / Portfolio CMS, Social Media Essentials, and Email Marketing are optional services with prices shown in the customizer. E-Store Integration is coming soon and is not included in estimates.

Yes. Optional services can be discussed during the inquiry or later. Custom features require a review of scope, feasibility, and price before they are approved.

E-Store Integration is still being finalized. It is intended to support product listings, a shopping cart, secure checkout and payment integration, and appropriate product and order management. It is not currently selectable, and pricing has not been announced.

Yes. I work remotely with businesses throughout the United States. The regional guides offer local context, rather than limiting where Elvaro can work.
